Yoshikane Hamono Knives

​Yoshikane Hamono is a Japanese knife manufacturer in Sanjo City, Niigata, that has been in business for over 100 years and is run by fourth-generation Kazuomi Yamamoto. It was founded in 1919 by Shimotajima. Yoshikane Hamono has been making knives by hand for generations in this small Japanese town known for its knives. To this day, traditional craftmanship continues with such devotion and resolve to the craft of making knives that can only be found in this part of the world.
