PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We are committed to delivering quality products to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you have purchased, we will be happy to honour your request for a refund. We are pleased to offer a "no-questions-asked" refund if you make such a request within 30 days from the date of delivery of the item in question to you, subject to the payment of an administrative fee equal to 10% of the price of the item purchased and your compliance with the matters set out below. In order for you to request and receive a refund, you would need to follow the procedure and comply with the conditions set out below.

1. Refund Procedure and Conditions

1.1 Please fill up the online refund request form. and email or fax it to us for refund processing. The completed refund request form will have to reach us not later than 30 days from the date of delivery of the item in question to you, failing which we will be unable to process your refund request. Once we have received the said form and approved the same, a Credit Return Authorisation ("CRA") Number will be issued to you via email.

1.2 Please return the item in question to us at 315 Outram Road, #01-03 Tan Boon Liat Building, Singapore 169074, Tel: 62277515. All returned items must be shipped prepaid and insured for the full value. Risk of loss or damage to any returned item will be borne by you until the returned item is placed within our custody and control at our premises stated above.

1.3 You must ensure that the following documents are attached to the returned item:-

(i) a copy of our email to you notifying you of the CRA, and

(ii) your original invoice.

1.4 We regret that we will be unable to process the refund request with respect to any returned item if the relevant CRA or any of the documents referred to in Clause 1.3 above is not attached.

1.5 We will only process refunds for any returned item if :-

(i) the returned item is in the same condition as it was delivered to you, unused and undamaged. Any request for refund will be processed only after we have inspected and have been satisfied that the item is unused and undamaged. We will not entertain any requests for refund in relation to any items which have been used or damaged, and

(ii) the returned item is in its original packaging with all original contents including but not limited to all documentation, accessories, packing materials and

(iii) if any gift or free product was enclosed together with the returned item at the time of purchase, such gift or free product must also be returned together with the returned item.

1.6 In the event that we agree to effect any refund, we shall, at our discretion, be entitled to debit your account with the following:-

(i) an administrative fee equal to 10% of the price of the item purchased, and

(ii) a sum equal to any discount which may have been given to you at the time of purchase by virtue of your purchase of multiple purchases of items from this site.

1.7 We will notify you by email once we have credited your account with the amount of any refund.

1.8 All refunds shall be made through the same method of payment through which payment in relation to the original purchase was made. For example, if the original payment was made through your credit card, the refunded amount (less the deductions set out in Clause 1.6 above) will be credited to your credit card account.

1.9 Upon the completion of any refund, the returned item in relation to which the refund was made will belong to us and we may deal with and dispose of the same in such manner as we may deem fit.

2. Warranty Repair/Replacement Procedure

2.1 Upon the expiry of the 30-day refund period referred to above, items purchased by you may only be returned to the relevant manufacturer (through us) for repair/replacement of the same (if and where applicable) pursuant to any warranties and/or indemnities furnished by the relevant manufacturer. In order for you to request and have the returned item repaired or replaced, you would need to follow the procedure and comply with the conditions set out below.

2.2. Please fill up the online Return Merchandise Authorisation ("RMA") request form and email or fax it to us for processing, specifying the item model, and date of purchase, defect complained of and your delivery address. The completed RMA form will have to reach us within [ 60 ] days from the date of of delivery of the item in question or whatever period as may be stipulated by the relevant manufacturer, whichever is later, failing which we will be unable to process your request.

2.3 Upon receipt of your request, we will attend to your request and verify with the relevant manufacturer whether you are entitled to have the item in question repaired or replaced (if applicable). Upon verification and approval of your request by the relevant manufacturer, we will notify you of the relevant RMA Number to authorise the return of the item to our premises in Singapore for onward transmission to the relevant manufacturer for repair or replacement.

2.7 We will only process your request for repair or replacement if the returned item is in the same condition as it was delivered to you, undamaged. Any request for repair or replacement will be processed only after we and the relevant manufacturer have inspected and have been satisfied that the item is undamaged. We will not entertain any requests for repair or replacement in relation to any items which have been damaged.

2.8 For customers in Singapore only : you may collect the repaired or replacement item at our address set out in Clause 1.2 above at such date and time as we may notify you. In the event that the exact model of the returned item is not available, we shall be entitled to send a comparable model to you in replacement instead.

For international customers only : the repaired or replacement item will be shipped (prepaid) back to you within 14 days from the approval of your request in accordance with the procedure above. In the event that the exact model of the returned item is not available, we shall be entitled to send a comparable model to you in replacement instead.
