DELIVERY POLICY

1. DELIVERY INFORMATION

1.1 All items purchased by you will be shipped via a reputable 3rd party logistics company. For security reasons, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. For your protection, our assigned logistics company requires customer signature upon delivery.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES

2.1 Delivery is free within Singapore for single purchases above US$100. For
purchases below US$100, upon our email confirmation that your order is ready, please collect your purchase from our showroom/office at:

2.2 International deliveries shall be made through Federal Express. The charges for such delivery may vary from country to country and you will be advised of such charges when you place your order.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

3.1 For delivery within Singapore, your order should arrive within 5 business days from the confirmation of your order. Our business days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Deliveries within Singapore will be made between 0900hrs to 1700hrs, Mondays to Fridays.

3.2 For deliveries outside Singapore, please email us for estimated delivery times.
