Cut & Carve

With the help of Danish Designer John Brauer, Joseph Joseph has developed Cut&Carve. This is a double sided, multi functional chopping board. The key product feature is the angled cutting surface to assist in the drainage and collection of juice or food. Once collected they can be poured from a corner. One side of the board has a meat grip to assist when carving.
